Synergy Montem now has the newest range of Technogym equipment installed.
As well as a 25 metre swimming pool Montem also has its own spa area that can offer a relaxing and tranquil setting after a hard gym session.
At Langley Leisure Centre the gym holds 60 stations, two studios, and its own specialised spinning studio.
Langley also has a 25 metre swimming pool with a spa pool and steam room.
Exercise at your own pace with a wide range of cardio equipment including rowers, treadmills, cross trainers, climbers, bikes and steppers. Our cardio equipment features iPod/iPhone docks and built in TV’s so you can exercise to your own your own music or enjoy your favourite programmes as the miles fly by.
Tone and strengthen your whole body with the added support of fixed resistance machines. They great starting point for you to get into weight training or just to focus on specific muscle groups. Our Synergy Mentors are on hand to offer you advice on how to use them, recommend how much weight to use, repetitions and rest times.
Move, play and have fun with a range of functional training equipment including kettle bells, Bulgarian bags, battle ropes and TRX cables. Unsure how to use these? Our small group training sessions within the gym are a perfect opportunity to help you to get familiar with the equipment and enjoy a great workout.
Push and Pull with the added resistance of free weights for an effective all round routine. With a large selection of dumbbells, benches, squat racks and lifting platforms, you are sure to find everything you need
Venture beyond the cardio machines and train full of confidence with the help of our Synergy Mentors who will ensure that by the end of your first 6 week with us, you will have a thorough understanding of how to use all the equipment, a plan specifically design to get you results and a clear understanding of how to track your progress.
3 Stages To Start Your Results:
Meet your Mentor and set your nutrition and exercise targets. Your Mentor will also measure your resting heart rate, blood pressure and body fat % to help track your progress and take you through a workout designed around your goals.
Retake your health information, review your exercise and nutrition progress then change your programme to reflect this.
Review your progress so far with your mentor and reflect on what is going well, what could be improved and how you will progress going forward.

Synergy Clubs has a huge range of activities for both children and adults, plus a fantastic range of facilities to host them. Across our sites we have 2 x 25m Swimming Pools with swimming lanes throughout the day for you to increase your health and fitness levels. We also have a Family Pools area with a range of activities such as inflatables, kids pool parties and kid’s swimming lessons.
Remember to set aside some time to relax, unwind and allowing the days stress to fall away in our soothing Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
